Escrow Safety First

Remember: On Aonenawo, your funds are held in escrow. Never confirm receipt before you have physically inspected your items. Once you confirm, the funds are released to the seller and cannot be reversed.

Eligible for Refund

  • Item not delivered
  • Item is damaged or faulty
  • Wrong item received
  • Item significantly different from description

Non-Refundable

  • Change of mind after confirmation
  • Used items (unless faulty)
  • Digital vouchers or top-ups
  • Items damaged by student handling
